The ultra simple filing method can be obtained by going to Filing T1
The filing method does not entrap you into any form of contract.
The previous 'detax' techniques, although lawful and correct, were being circumvented by judges snaring people into their jurisdiction by the use of the 'legal identity' name. So, to prevent any basis for 'failure to file' or 'tax evasion' charges, the filing method was a fortuitous find. The less chance of court the better for most people, as most tend to cave in the haughty court setting.
After implementing this "DETAX" method, if you receive an assessment from CRA, or have any other negative correspondence or notice of court proceedings from them, contact me by e-mail for extra suggestions and procedures.
Do NOT talk to CRA agents on the phone, or, at your door.
However, if you get caught off guard:
Do not acknowledge that it is you if they say:
"Are you (your birth certficate name)?"
Reply by saying: "Who are you?"
Do not admit that you are the named party they seek.
Tell them to put their concerns in writing and send it to
the named party for which they seek. End conversation.
